Free Initial Advice

When you call us, one of our road traffic solicitors will provide you with initial advice over the telephone at no cost to you.  This advice will include:-

• a discussion with you of the options available
• the likely fees and likely benefit of each option
• an estimate of the likely overall fees

Agreed Fees

When you instruct us, we will agree with you an estimate of our likely overall fees and will confirm this is writing.  We will not exceed this estimate without your prior agreement.  We have a policy of keeping you updated on a regular basis as to the fees involved.

Recovery of Fees

In most cases, if you are found not guilty or the case against you is dropped, you will be entitled to an order that your costs be paid.  In most cases, this includes the vast majority of your legal fees.  Payment is made ‘out of central funds’, in other words, by the government.  We have many years experience of successfully obtaining such orders for our clients.
